The Advanced Life Support Litter (ALSL) is no ordinary litter. Designed for Aeromedical Transportation, the ALSL is an ideal patient platform for long flight MEDEVAC or MCI operations and includes integrated mechanical provisions to support an array of medical devices. Integrated seat-track provides locations for “D” rings to be employed, allowing the litter to be tied down like cargo. Custom configurations for ECMO transport are also available.
